PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This form has been prepared in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation to inform you before you complete your order.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The basic characteristics of the ordered product (fabric, colour, size and care information) are stated on the product page; the quantity and sales price including all taxes are shown in the order summary.

3. PAYMENT
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. Prices include VAT. No late payment interest is charged.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is free for all orders within Turkey. For international orders, the shipping fee is shown at checkout. Orders within Turkey are delivered to your address within 2–4 business days in Istanbul and 2–7 business days in other cities; delivery will in any case not exceed the statutory 30-day period. The product is sent to the delivery address given in the order.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Except for the products listed in section 6, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the order date without giving any reason.
• You can submit your withdrawal notice via the Return & Exchange Form on boudoir.ist or by email to hello@boudoir.ist. You must send the product back within 10 days of your notice.
• Returns are shipped with Aras Kargo or Sürat Kargo. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; you can pay the fee when shipping or have it deducted from your refund. You state your preference in the return form.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, not altered by a tailor, with its tags and in its original packaging. The original invoice does not need to be sent.
• The product price is refunded in a single payment in accordance with your payment method, no later than 14 days after the returned product reaches the SELLER.
• Within the same period, you may make one free size or style exchange; no shipping fee is charged for exchanges.

6. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• All lingerie (bras, briefs, thongs, garter belts and lingerie sets), bodysuits and accessories, whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons
• Products that have been worn, washed or altered by a tailor
• Digital gift cards delivered instantly in electronic form

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For defective or incorrectly shipped products, your rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved; in this case, shipping costs are borne by the SELLER.

8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
You can send your requests and complaints to hello@boudoir.ist. Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence or where the transaction took place.

9. STORAGE OF THE AGREEMENT
The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement are sent to you with the order confirmation email and can be viewed on boudoir.ist at any time.
