Returns and Exchanges
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS:

Orders placed on weekdays before 16:30 will be shipped within 1–7 business days.

Orders placed after 16:30 on Fridays or during the weekend will be processed on Monday. The shipping period is 1–7 business days.

For orders below 3000 TL, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
For orders above 3000 TL, the shipping cost will be covered by Boudoir.

In the event of any unforeseen issue, you will be contacted using your registered account information — please ensure your membership details are complete and accurate.
No deliveries are made on public holidays.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Return: Free returns within 14 days
Exchange: Free exchanges within 14 days

Due to hygiene reasons, Panties, Thongs, and Bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Submitting a Return Request

  • You may request a return or one-time size/model exchange within 14 days of your order date.
  • To initiate your return, please fill out the Return & Exchange Form on our website. Make sure to complete the form accurately.
  • Once your request is approved, please pack the product securely and send it to the address provided via email.
  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for your order.
    Once approved, the refund process may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank’s procedures.
  • Discounted products are non-returnable.

2. Exchange Requests

  • To request an exchange, please fill out the Return & Exchange Form on our website.
    Ensure the form is completed fully and specify the reason for your exchange.
  • Your request will be reviewed, and once approved via email, you’ll receive the address details and return shipping code.
  • Products sent without completing the online return & exchange form will not be exchanged.
  • After we receive your product, it will be inspected for eligibility. Once approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days to your registered address.

3. Packaging Instructions

  • Please return items in their original packaging. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags and accessories.
  • Be sure to include the product code, name, reason for return, and other required details on your invoice.
    Attach your invoice to the outside of the parcel and seal securely.
  • Boudoir cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit.

4. Courier Service

Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order that is still marked as Processing by contacting our customer service team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be made.
